Chieftaincy recipient: Ms. Priscilla Ikogheneone Usiobaifo, Iyin-Jamata of Uneme-Ekpedo
The Edo State commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Mrs. Eugenia Abdallah has congratulated Ms. Priscilla Ikogheneone Usiobaifo on the conferment of the chieftaincy title of Iyin-Jamata of Uneme-Ekpedo (Mother of Elite Women) by His Royal Highness, Obabori, the Onose of Uneme-Ekpedo.
The Commissioner says; the title conferred on Mrs. Usiobafo was a fitting recognition of her outstanding commitment to humanitarian service, women and youth empowerment, and community development.
Hon. Mrs. Abdallah conveyed her felicitations message in a statement she personally endorsed and circulated amongst journalists in Benin, weekend, by Daisy Osunde, the director of media in the Ministry.

On behalf of the Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Edo State, and on my own behalf, I heartily congratulate Ms. Priscilla Ikogheneone Usiobaifo on her well-deserved installation as the Iyin-Jamata of Uneme-Ekpedo (Mother of Elite Women) by His Royal Highness, Obabori, the Onose of Uneme-Ekpedo.
This prestigious honour, conferred during the celebration of Ekpedo Day 2026 and the 30th Coronation Anniversary of His Royal Highness, is a fitting recognition of your outstanding commitment to humanitarian service, women and youth empowerment, and community development.
As Founder and Executive Director of the BraveHeart Initiative for Youth & Women, you have dedicated years to promoting the rights and wellbeing of women, girls, and vulnerable children through advocacy against sexual and gender-based violence, child rights protection, and community empowerment.
Your contributions to the development of Akoko-Edo Local Government Area and beyond have earned you admiration and respect at both national and international levels.
