Barcelona FC teen prodigy, Lamine Yamal has reportedly confessed his undying obsession for Nigerian music saying he usually plays the ‘Afrobeats’; said to have been invented by the Ebami Eda Fela Anikulapo Kuti of the blessed memory.
According to media reports, Yamal added a major brand to his already blossoming endorsement portfolio, signing with Apple-owned headphones giant; ‘Beats by Dre’.
The Spanish International already touted as the next big thing in world football, now extends well beyond the pitch, and into the music scene.
Yamal, who became a regular for Barcelona before even turning 16, is already being compared to club legend Lionel Messi, by analysts.
