The All Progressives Congress (APC), Edo State Chapter, has felicitated Barr. Umar Musa Ikhilor, Secretary to the State Government (SSG); as he added one more year to his age on Wednesday, 6 August, 2025.
The ruling APC in its felicitation message signed by the Party’s State Publicity Secretary, Prince Peter Uwadiae and availed the media in Benin on Thursday, said it was extending its warmest congratulations and heartfelt birthday wishes to the SSG.

As a mark of honour and recognition, the Party poured encomium on Ikhilor for his contributions to the success of the Senator Monday Okpebholo’s administration in its resolve to make life better for the people of Edo State.
“We commend your steadfast dedication, exemplary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the progress and stability of our dear state.
“Your contributions to the effective coordination of government affairs and your loyalty to the vision of the present administration have not gone unnoticed.
